Designed to control the flow of non-corrosive gases, Model FMA-1900 Series mass flow controllers meet the same performance criteria as any industry-standard mass flow controller, but at half the price! The instrument’s built-in display and setpoint control eliminate the need for separate power supply and readout electronics, which can cost as much as the flow controller itself. A straight, large diameter sensor tube prevents clogging and contamination, and the fast response valve provides precise one-step control of critical gas flows. You simply set it and forget it! The FMA-1900 provides both digital readout of mass flow rate and setpoint adjustment on-board. Available in your choice of engineering units at flow rates of up to 50 standard liters per minute (SLPM), the unit provides a continuous display of actual gas mass flowrate. To change flowrates, simply adjust the reading on the display. For applications that require remote setpoint control, the unit accepts 0-5 Vdc or 4-20 mA command signals. The FMA-1900 flow controller is powered by a regulated 15 or 24 Vdc power source, normally provided by the convenient OMEGA ® Power-Pak, or optionally by the customer. Power and setpoint control are supplied through a 15-pin “D” connector. Both 0-5 Vdc and 4-20 mA output signals are available for data-management and control purposes.
